STANDARD RETURN POLICY
We understand how frustrating it can be when you receive something unexpected or when your order isn’t quite right. We’re committed to supporting you through any issues to ensure your shopping experience is smooth and enjoyable.
For items purchased at HACHKAR.COM, all returns must be submitted within 14 days from when your order is shipped.
1. TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN, ITEM(S) MUST:
- Be in saleable condition.
- Be in its original packaging.
- Not be worn, washed, or damaged.
- Remain unaltered and free of any odors or fragrances.
- Include tags attached.
No justification or penalty is required during this 14-day return period.
2. RETURN POLICY EXCEPTIONS
While we strive to accommodate returns for most items, there are exceptions to our standard return policy. Please note the following:
- Personalized Products:
Items that have undergone customization following customer validation cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Customer-Requested Products:
Products specifically requested by the customer through our customer service due to stock unavailability and subsequently validated by the customer are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
EXTENSION OF RETURN PERIOD
Even if the product adheres to our "ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN" criteria, if the 14-day return period has lapsed since delivery, the right of withdrawal becomes invalid. Unfortunately, HACHKAR cannot accept returns in such cases.
If the 14-day period concludes on a weekend, holiday, or non-working day, the deadline is extended until the next working day.
THE ITEM MUST BE NEW, NOT WORN, UNALTERED, AND FREE OF ANY ODORS OR FRAGRANCES.
If the item(s) do not meet these requirements, it will be sent back to the customer at his/her expense. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to determine if returned merchandise is in saleable condition.
HOW CAN I MAKE A RETURN?
To ensure proper handling of returns for international orders, please follow these instructions:
1. Notify Customer Service in Advance:
To initiate a return, please notify our customer service in advance via email at bazaar@hachkar.com or through our contact page. Include the following information: the item(s) you wish to return, the order number, the reason for the return, and a photo of the item in its current condition. If there are quality issues, please provide images highlighting the faulty parts and the tags.
2. Return Instructions:
If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to ship your package.
3. Refund Processing:
Once we receive your returned items at our warehouse, we will process your refund within 5 to 10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, and you will receive a confirmation email once the return is completed.
Important to note:
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- HACHKAR is not responsible for any shipments lost in transit that are not shipped through our return instructions.
EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged so you can submit an exchange request by contacting us via our contact page within 14 days from when your order is fulfilled. For any other questions, feel free to send us an email at: bazaar@hachkar.com.
Note: Final sale items are not eligible for an exchange. If the item you would like is no longer available, please follow our steps to return your item(s) for a refund.
REFUNDS
- Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your bank statement after your returned package has arrived at our warehouse. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. This timeframe depends on when your refund transaction is processed.
- If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 5 to 10 business days after we receive the returned item or process the cancellation request. For more details about when the credit will be posted to your account, please contact your card-issuing bank.
Important to note:
- We do not offer credit notes or gift cards, and all refunds will be returned to the original form of payment. No exceptions.
- Original shipping costs paid at checkout are non-refundable.
- Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
- Please make sure you have not included non-HACHKAR item(s) by accident in your return package. We will not be responsible for sending those items back to you.
