Payments are processed through the secure Stripe system, utilizing the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This ensures that the transmitted information is encrypted by software, preventing any third party from reading it during transport on the network.

The buyer's account will be debited after the validation of the order at the price of the products ordered.

For the security of our shoppers, we have fraud protections in place during our checkout process. If you encounter the error message "Transaction cannot be processed" while attempting to checkout, please contact your bank to authorize the transaction.

Once your order is placed, your card will be charged for the total amount, including applicable taxes and shipping fees, in the currency of your order.

If we need to cancel your order due to a lack of product availability, we will notify you by email and refund the charged amount immediately. Please note that it may take up to 10 business days for the funds to reflect back on your bank statement.
