HACHKAR accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express. You can also finalize your order with the Paypal Express and Apple Pay payment service.
Yes, you can pay directly on our website with your Paypal account or your Apple Pay information.
Once your order has been placed, you are debited at the time of purchase, generally 24 to 48 hours after placing your order.
Yes, it is possible. You have a drop-down menu allowing you to select the currency of your choice.
We don't accept "C.O.D" deliveries (Cash on Delivery), indicating deliveries paid by the recipient upon receipt, either for delivery or returns.
No, it is not obligatory. But it is highly recommended and it's simple to do and allows you to order easily without having to fill in your details every time you shop with us. You will also be notified with the bazaar happenings like exclusive content, promotions, special offers.
You won't be able to cancel your order even if you've paid with any of our available payment methods. It's too late for you or our Customer Care team to cancel your order. You can return your order to us once you've received it. You can find out information on how to return your order here.

If the product you're looking for is unavailable when you visit, you can receive an email notification once it's back in stock by subscribing to our newsletters or you can directly reserve it by contacting us on our contact page.
ORDERS & SHIPPING
Orders are processed in the order they are received, may take up to 48 to 72 hours during our regular business hours, which are from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm. For example, if you place an orderon Wednesday, it will be processed on Thursday. Orders made on Friday and weekends will be processed on the following Monday.
We appreciate your understanding and patience as we work diligently to fulfill your orders promptly.
Once your order is shipped you will receive an email with an online tracking number.
You can track your package on our tracking order page or other carrier's website.
Someone should be home when your parcel is due to be delivered as we may need a signature. However, don't worry if this isn't possible as our delivery partner usually tries to deliver more than once.
Alternatively, they'll leave a card confirming that they've either left it with a neighbor or left it in a safe place. Otherwise, the card will inform you when they will try redelivery or give you details about how to collect it.
Our aim is to guarantee the proper delivery, making sure that your items arrive fast and safely.
We cannot modify the shipping address or the selected shipping method once the checkout process is completed.
DELIVERY & RETURNS
Delivery is free for a total spend of $75 or more. Automatically on your shopping bag you have the progress bar shopping, when you exceed the $75 (it converted into your local currency) of shopping you got the free international shipping!
Once your product has been shipped, the estimated delivery times are as follows:
- United States: 5 to 10 business days
- Europe: 4 to 7 business days
- Asia, North America: 6 to 10 business days
- Rest of the world: 10 to 18 business days

Exchanges and returns are possible but must be submitted within 14 days from when your order is shipped.

TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN, ITEM(S) MUST:
- Be in saleable condition.
- Be in its original packaging.
- Not be worn, washed, or damaged.
- Remain unaltered and free of any odors or fragrances.
- Include tags attached.
No justification or penalty is required during this 14-day return period.

If your package arrives open or damaged, we recommend rejecting it. If you decide to accept the goods, please take a photo of the damages before checking the contents. Send these photos to us at bazaar@hachkar.com. Be sure to note specific concerns about the observed issues and complete an anomaly report following the regulations of the respective carrier. Forward this form to us so that we can begin an investigation and, if necessary, initiate a compensation procedure.
